Depression is a huge problem that not only this society, but this whole universe has to deal with on a day to day basis. Whether it’s friends, family, schoolmates, etc.


Depression is a real disease  a mood disorder that affects how you think, feel, and handle daily activities. Those who suffer from depression can find it challenging to maintain their daily routine, fulfill work and social obligations, or even to get out of bed in the morning There are different types of depression. The symptoms for each can range from relatively minor through to severe.  For Example Major depression,Melancholia,Dysthymia,Psychotic depression,Antenatal and postnatal depression,Bipolar disorder Cyclothymic disorder And Seasonal affective disorder


Depression and anxiety have damaging effects on our mental health. Depression sets into people's lives when they ruminate about their negative past while anxiety sets in when people worry about yet to arrive future. So many events and circumstances happen to us in life that have damaging potential to crush and push us into these situations. Generally, depression does not result from a single event, but from a mix of events and factors


Symptoms can vary widely from person to person. Some people with depression have trouble sleeping, while others may feel like they need to sleep all the time.


Depression is real. Its okay to seek Help and ask for Help if you need it. There are things that we can fix it by ourselves and there are things that we need Help to fixt it. Asking for Help doesn't make you less as a person, It doesn't make you anyless of whoever you are..If you feel depressed, see your doctor. Don’t delay. Seeking support early can help stop symptoms becoming worse.


People are dying of depression but they can't tell anyone
